What is Lyme Disease?

Lyme disease is an infectious disease that is transmitted by the deer tick, which carries viruses and bacteria.

Diseases transmitted by ticks can be found everywhere in the world.

The bacteria that causes Lyme disease in the case of tick bites is a spirochete, which is a corkscrew organism.

These organisms are very strong, and can reproduce very quickly.

The infection is called borreliosis, and it is a huge health problem.

This infection usually occurs slowly and in increments, and it is not easy to spot it before it completely sets in.

One of the most characteristic signs of Lyme disease is the target formation of the bull’s eye red mark on the skin. However, a lot of people who suffer from Lyme disease never actually see this skin lesion.

Lyme Disease Health Issues

Lyme disease causes a wide range of health issues.

What these are depend on where in the body the infection will settle.

It usually affects muscles, joints, the brain, the lungs, intestines, heart, and many more organs.

However, the most common places are the brain, joints and muscles, and heart.

In most cases, it can be treated early if antibiotics are administered.

However, some patients require IV antibiotics long-term before the infection can be eliminated.

It is still not completely clear what the best approach to healing Lyme infection is, since there is a lot of discrepancy between Lyme specialists and conventional medicine.

Most people who receive treatment soon after the bull’s eye rash appears seem to have no problems in the future.

On the other hand, many people end up suffering from chronic conditions, where the Lyme exposure is only diagnosed months or years later.

In many cases, Lyme disease becomes chronic. There are four main aspects of Lyme disease.

The first one is the active spirochete infection.

The second one is the hidden, oftentimes morphological, organism hidden inside the cell.

This is the case with chronic infections. The third aspect is an autoimmune reaction of the body.

This also manifests during chronic infection, usually along the lines of connective tissue disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

The last one is the damage that is caused by this infection.

Acute Lyme infection can settle in many different organs and tissues in the body, and therefore cause a huge amount of scarring, inflammation, and damage.

Treatment: PEMF and Lyme

Of course, the first line of treatment for Lyme disease are the right antibiotics, proper nutrition, supplements, and other therapeutic methods like acupuncture and chiro therapy.

Some people also end up needing IV antibiotics long-term.

If the disease is spotted in its acute phase, only antibiotics will usually treat the infection.

However, in chronic phases, it becomes quite difficult to deal with the infection 100% and avoid any complications and consequences.

This is where PEMF therapy can help us a lot.

PEMF devices have many health benefits, such as better circulation, reduced inflammation, less pain, and great complementarity with other treatments of conventional medicine.

Therefore, it can be very helpful in treating patients with chronic signs of Lyme disease.

Chronic pain is the most common problem with Lyme disease.

In many cases, patients depend on strong painkillers to deal with this pain, but these are often habit-forming.

Furthermore, painkillers are sometimes also immunosuppressive, and so in the long run actually cause harm to the patient in addition to possibly causing an addiction.

Therefore, using PEMF therapy on a daily basis at home is necessary and essential to deal with the stubborn pain associated with Lyme disease.

Treatments at a local clinic can be beneficial, but often they are not frequent enough because they end up being too expensive.

In the best case scenario, they will provide short-term relief.

The best feature of PEMF devices is that you can buy them for your home, and use them every day, whenever it suits you.

The crucial aspect of using PEMF therapy for Lyme disease treatment is to find and eliminate the aspects of the disease that hide in the cells.

This is the part of the disease that our immune system cannot deal with on its own.

Moreover, antibiotics are also not very good at attacking and destroying these forms of the disease.

Apart from this, PEMF therapy also helps by opening cell membrane channels and, in this way, nutrients can enter the cell and the waste and toxins can be eliminated from it a lot easier.

Also, PEMF therapy balances the cell’s membrane’s energy, and this makes the cell healthier but also more resistant to Lyme disease.

One form of Lyme disease that is especially dangerous is called neuro-borreliosis, and it affects the brain.

Most medical treatments and diet plans cannot target the Lyme organisms that infect the brain, because they cannot get past the blood-brain barrier.

However, PEMF treatment can penetrate this blood-brain barrier, which then allows the treatment, herbs, supplements, nutrients, and so on to enter the brain’s cells more easily.

PEMF Treatment Duration

Since Lyme disease can create long-term damage to our body, a daily use of PEMF therapy for the rest of one’s life is the best way to address the disease fully.

There is no guarantee that PEMF treatment will completely cure Lyme disease.

However, when the illness becomes chronic, it is very difficult to cure it completely with any known treatment.

This is mostly because of the damage it does to our body long-term.

Moreover, the prolonged intake of a lot of antibiotics, both orally and via IV, will also affect the body in many negative ways.

So, adding PEMF therapy to the existing antibiotic therapy can greatly improve one’s chances of successful treatment.

A lot of patients report that if they do not use the PEMF treatment on a daily basis, they start feeling worse immediately.

The bottom line, thus, is that you should use all of the weapons at your disposal to increase your chances of beating this stubborn disease; PEMF is one of the most powerful of these that you can add to your arsenal.
